1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice describes how DelinyInsights ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use Deliny Insights (the "Service"). 4. Who we share data with

5. International transfers

Some of our subprocessors are located outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA/UK. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact info@delinyinsights.com. We aim to respond within one month. EEA/UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level authorization in our database. No system is completely secure; we work continuously to improve our defences.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We may use a small amount of first-party analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes
