How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used at checkout, or email us at info@delinyinsights.com and we will help arrange your refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your billing settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
